Dear Mr. Fred Smith (CEO), I really can't fathom how FedEx stays in business. FedEx is either understaffed, underpaid or plain just don't care whether it's sorters, drivers, holding facilities whatever it is, has fallen below standard. I had a package finally delivered after changing delivery dates 3-4 times an in a holding facility 20 miles from my house. If you want the consumer to use FedEx services then there must be change. Maybe incentive driven policies for employees and new company guidelines for overall attitude and performance. Y'all are the best because there was a movie made with FedEx delivering packages by a man who was a "Castaway" and still delivered even after years of being missing. I'm sorry for the low rating but me and my fiance didn't feel that FedEx deserved a higher rating due to letting loved ones down because of a delayed package. Best of luck to FedEx and thank you for the late late delivery.

  • -zero what real is the issue with this company, are they just taking the item that they want? No one should pay for their items to not be delivered. And the computer that hangs up on you this is a management issue they must treat their workers really bad, for them to do such a poor job, I recommend the staff go back to school so they can work for a better company.

  • Fwd we'd is the worst! I will cancel an order before using them! I have had new cell phones stolen by their drivers and packages destroyed!
