FedEx review by Fed ex is Incompetent
The worst! They delivered a package to an address in a neighboring town when there was a P.O. Box number on the package. The slip left at another address, said business was closed: we were seeing patients all day never heard a knock and the parking lot had cars in it. Called the local fed ex because the delivery person covered up all contact information with the not delivered slip- they transferred me to another country and could not understand the person- all she said was I’m not there. Second attempt again coveted the contact information. I have waited for this package for almost a month now. The company I ordered from had reacted just as incompetently, with no sense of responsibility.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
