The one star was the only thing a could put wish I did not have to put the one star. After having not so good encountered with two of their employees. When I setup a pickup request a week early & the driver drives into my neighborhood and does not knock on the drive to pickup the package. That is very unprofessional! Then I was speaker with someone that should know how to speak with customers due to the error on their driver, the representative wanted me to leave a package out in plain sight where it could possibly get pickup by someone other then the company. I frown upon unprofessionalism, you do not represent the company that you work for by making the customer unhappy. FEDEX may need to to retrain their employees on how to correct situations better than that!

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
