I am in Playa del Carmen, QR, Mexico. On Friday I paid $1171.47 in Mexican pesos to send an envelope to Austin, Texas. It was for International Priority overnight. Since it was Friday we understood that it would not be shipped out on Sunday night to be delivered on Monday morning. It did not arrive and the tracking # they gave us had no information except that it was picked up on Friday at 2:13, Cancun, MX, no other information even now on Monday at 4pm. We went back to the FedEx office and they had no information nor did they try to help us get any until I got upset and they gave us a telephone #. The agents we spoke to gave us no information either. First they said it was weather related but since it's still in Cancun and the report we got from Memphis is that the weather today is cloudy buy every thing else is being delivered. The last time I used FedEx in Mexico the package I sent was lost so they gave me my money back but the package I sent was lost. I would like an explanation about why is this happening. Thank you

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Really, I would give this last delivery 4 1/2 stars. Mostly good, and i provided them with feedback, about my only minor criticism.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
