Tracking a package is all fine, but what you at FedEx fail to realize, just because the driver delivers the package and scans it at that address doesn't mean it's the correct address. I am very upset that my package has been lost and it takes me 45 min a time to reach out to anyone customer service to help me find my package. People in my town say that its better that FedEx just leaves all of our packages in the center of the town and leave it up to us to find it than try to deliver it to our houses, UPS does a waaaaaaay better job at knowing exactly where to deliver my packege or know where my house is at. My front door is not my front door and it's obvious, because my front door is covered in plastic and there's no possible way to even answer it. Get it together Fedex.

You dropped off 3 packages at my house August 14, 2025 and have not picked them up yet, even though I've called 5 times!!!! Ticket # C-201395956 PLEASE PICK THEM UP!!!!! The weather is ruining the packages

The driver missed the promised delivery so I called FedEx to find out what happened , they found the problem ; this being an apartment building and they did not have the code that gives access to the building .I know FedEx for a very long time I worked with them for decades they are the best.

Got a message that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8/pm it was never delivered. Three days later got another message that it was delivered at 11:59am still no package. After doing some checking found out that even though it was addressed to me it was delivered to a Walgreens Store 15 miles away and I would have to go there and pick it up. What terrible service. I had been waiting for this package as it contained a part for a project I was trying to complete. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE.

FedEx use to be a very quick and dependable delivery service, anymore they are starting to suck! Twice now they have damaged my packages. I guess they just can't get GOOD DEPENDABLE HELP. Like so many other things anymore no one seems to care!
