terrible ! the worst . They don't knock the door , just leave and go

Driver attempted to deliver pkg early. We did not have a fork life scheduled until the next day, supposed delivery date, now I have to pay $235 redelivery charge because of their mistake!!

Package still at facility of fedx sparrows point md since Friday was to be delivered but drivers to dang weak to lift an delivery worthless employees at this facilty

my package is still in hold more than a week in Memphis because some Fedex employer lost scanner documents

They had my package for 3 weeks in Ohio and returned it to the sender.... it's too bad that I can't give them zero star because they don't deserve any.... if you try to talk to them, you'll see that their phone system isca disgrace

Never got my package, they sent it back to tge sender... Giving them 1 star is 1 TOO MANY!!! THEY DESERVE A BIG ZERO!!!

Worst service ever. My parcel was stuck in Ohio for 3 weeks and no update on website... when I could finally talk to someone after arguing with their ridiculous phone system for approx 10 minutes, they said there wouldn't be any update until delivered but they changed the address and sent it back to the sender!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! WORST SHIPPING COMPANY YIU CAN FIND!!!

Was trying to figure out an estimated time or when my package would be delivered they make that impossible to talk to someone in real time I will never use FedEx

NOT SURE HOW A WELL KNOWN SHIPPING SERVICE NOT HAVE BETTER CONTROL OF WHEN THEY DELIVER PACKAGES.. NOT ONLY IS MY PACKAGE LATE BUT IT SEEMS LIKE IT WAS HANDED OVER TO A THIRD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE.

Worst and most ridiculous company ever. Plane left for Hong Kong. Did not take my package; by the way, package ONLY WEIGHTED 800 Grams! Can you believe this! How embarrassing this is for a supposedly efficient company...stuff my package under a seat would have been fine with me...NEVER AGAIN FEDEX! You blew it!!
