  • I paid FedEx 115 Canadian dollar for a three day service on a international shipping to Cancun Mexico. It's was picked up today by the receiver who had to go to the FedEx warehouse where they sent all the "undeliverable packages" It all started in the postal office when the first lady who was helping didn't have an exact ideas of what she was doing, it took more then half an hour to get all the information input on the computer the right way and only because the next lady help but at the end of the day the destination for my package was wrong. The package was never going to be delivered because of that and only because I put myself to find it we could pick it up.,?

  • Every time I expect a package from FedEx it is always late and is out for delivery for days even up to weeks. Not sure what the problem is.

  • If you give a time range of 10:50-2:50 which 3 hours should be ample time) then it’s totally unacceptable to leave people waiting longer than that. It’s now 6 and I still don’t have my package so I’m totally stuck at work. Unacceptable. Unacceptable unacceptable.

  • As disappointed as I feel right now about not having a product that basically help me to live, I can't leave anything bad about Fed Ex. This choice was made because we must put ourselves into these employees shoes. This will humble everyone here with a negative comment. This work is very hard and backbreaking and we must understand that those employees have families too, they in my opinion are doing the best that they can. Thank you Fed Ex for doing your best, you guys rock.

  • I submitted my order on 6/19/23 and the 1st expected delivery date was to 6/22/23 which I did not rely on so I moved to 6/23/33 -6/24/23 -6/25/23 I was in touch with Wayfair who gave me the tracking website and it will not accept my info. I even signed up for texting for tracking purposes have never received a message. I will never use FedEx for delivery..

  • They have missed the delivery date by 3 days already and on the tracking they had my package 30 minutes away from delivery then sent it 15 hours away now it's probably going to be another 3 days before I get it
