Nothing is ever delivered from FedEx properly. They leave furniture in cardboard boxes out in the rain and the snow and literally run up the short driveway throw the package down and run away. Different drivers all the time, no consistency except the poor service. Try calling the 800 number and you'll get nowhere because they don't have even as much information as we get in an email. Package said out for delivery and the driver set outside the house as I saw on my camera never brought the package up and drove by five times and never left the package. Customer service answers in some other country and says they can't transfer you to a supervisor and they can't contact the facility near you. Totally inefficient and good for nothing. They really should have a zero star rating because one star is way too much for their useless useless company.

Deliver the package to a different address with a picture. Never got my package

They delivered my package to the wrong door and now I can't find it, bad service, if they have my address why don't they do it right?, I'm very upset

I want to thank Reginald, Hawkinsville,GA driver I told him I was on oxygen and he sets package inside the door and is going out of his way to make sure everything is right.. Very friendly and dedicated employee... Sure hope ya'll keep him on my route or maybe management. Very nice and friendly employee ya'll Have... Booked on 6th sept at chennai ..but till 12th sept evening the parcel has not been delivered at Natick USA...Inordinate delay...very very worst courier and worst service....I wont again go for booking parcel with them...so also wont recommend to others...

It’s been over two weeks since my package hit their facility and it just states delayed and hasn’t moved since. A $800 item just sitting there or someone took it home. And no response to me from my claim report. Last time I ever trust this crap

Recently I lost 3 packed and keeping said it was delivered. Picture of label it’s not proof of delivered , no front port , no front door , nothing was showing , just a close up of delivered . This company it’s careless of costumer parked !!! I just give one star because without I couldn’t post this review !!!

My experience with FEDEX has been wonderful. Of hundreds of deliveries and shipments over several decades there were no lost items, tracking is awesome, packages were packaged in protective bags when left outside during rain events. Improvements were noted in time to deliver by subcontractors in the past two years. The last shipment went from PA to AZ in less than five days and notifications were received every step of the way including delivery. Thank you for the generally most excellent service. Note: I started this review earlier and must have hit the submit button in error. Noted that there is not a place on your web site to file a compliment. Such a contact point may result in more positive reviews. Thank your entire organization again .for the exceptional service on my latest shipment

My experience with FedEx has been wonderful over the years. I have asked merchants to use FedEx to deliver our purchases. Especially when other delivery services have crushed our purchases into the small mailbox pushing the back roduct

I've been waiting for my package since August 21st. Horrible service.

This is the second time I have had my medication shipment messed up. I wonder why the VA hospital even bother with using FedEx Home Delivery isn't worth it. They are crap.

FedEx lost my 3 boxes of shipment, that was my $15000 medicine. But they didn’t compensate me even 1 cent.
