FedEx was quick with the last package I got. Got it within a day of ordering it. Now my package has been in “waiting for item” status for a week. Ridiculous.

My envelope is missing said delivered Tuesday but then it was out for delivery today

I have never had a problem with FedEx express until now. Was supposed to get my package on 9/4 and here it is 9/5 and it's still 15 hours away from me. They need to get their.shi* together

Spent 5 days getting the paper work them only to find out it was on its way back to sender that same day 300.00 lost.never use them again

I am sick of fed ex. They delivered one order to wrong address. They delivered next name and threw box down causing box to come open smashed cereal box broke its seal. Supposed to get order today it's 5:08 still not here. Total bs. U call FedEx They couldn't care less

Always have great service with FedEx. Have a monthly delivery and they usually get the time within 2 hours.

Past issues with FedEx didn’t seem to warrant a negative review but the recent ones do. They have now lost 4 of my orders over the past month. Getting anyone to listen and offer help is difficult at best. This is completely unacceptable.

Very bad service

They cant seem to hire pepole who can read house numbers that are clearly on mail box. Had to get a policereport just to correct themistake they madei will never order or send anything through them again . i paid for them to deliver to the wrong address. They even took a picture of the door of the wrong address and still said they made right delivery. I was almost out 150 bucks only had a week to fix the problem. Alot phone calls and driving twice 30 minutes away to get a police report

I wish I could remove this one star too. Worse experience

I had a package sent to me over night received it no problems. Also had sent one back out the same day it made it no problems

Worst service my packet they are keeping at delhi office since last 7 days and every day they are promising that today they will deliver and meerut is not to far from delhi but still my packet is still not deliver

This my shipment from Nigeria has been stock in Fedex office in Dublin for over six weeks now 777392943224 they keep rotating shipment locations on their tracking portal. Please you have lost this shipment, let me know via my mail urgently at [email protected] instead of using custom clearance to cover up for your poor service
