I have been waiting for a letter since 10/30/2022. It's been 5 days it's delayed!

Terrible. Parcel not delivered. Notification says handed to resident. Map showing parcel about 6 miles away if delivered at all. Terrible service.

I signed up for updates. Got nothing useful. package has been in Memphis for 3 days. anot the destination. No explanation . Impossible to reach by phone.

I didnot receive the parcel at all and wait for refund for 2weeks very very bad service trust no more.

Parcel not delivered to correct address. It ended up in Manchester nearly 200 miles away but on the tracker it says it was signed for in Manchester but delivered to me

Very frustrating that my order has been reordered 3 times . I have been given dates of delivery and still no package. This has been going on since august . It was absolutely supposed to be sent I was given 11/3 /22 as delivery by Fedex and still no package after waiting all day .

Several days in a row driver lied said he came to house. Either he was invisible or my ring quit working when he pulled in driveway. As for no one there hello I am a stay at home mom guess I just left the little ones to their own to feed and change themselves. I use to have medical supplies delivered on a regular basis guess good thing not having that done by now he would be dead by now. Actually stopped someone that had open heart surgery today to carry package a quarter mile because driver was a scaredy-cat to drive up driveway. Wouldn't waste time with them delivering packages.

Was told to leave package at back door but ended up DROPPING it at front. It’s my replacement mirror for my truck that was expensive. Praying when I get home it’s not broken like the taillights they delivered yesterday that were in a million pieces

My package was to be delivered on 11/3/22,here it is 11/4/22,& still no packing

The deliveries were faster now it takes 2@ 3 days to make the deliveries I have a package since Monday October 31 at Fedex de Guaynabo and still as of November 2 they have not made the delivery and according to the storage room number from the October 31 is in Fedex de guaynabo how bad

Bad customer support, decent delivery times

I received my package in perfect condition delivered too my front porch right on the day that was suppose too be delivered. Great job FedEx Ground driver who runs in my community.
