No tex no email how do I know when your here. No Courtesy notification whatsoever

Fed Ex left my package at a different location. Been waiting 9 days still no package. I called them this morning and they advised me to contact my merchant and file a lost package with them. First off fed ex you lost my package not me nor my merchant. Bad business not recommended

Great service and very fast delivery !!! I got my Segway in less than a week and we had to sign and they also scan the ID to make sure was given to the right buyer . Love it

I have not gotten my package and all the information I was given seems to not be true. I have been told I was to be contacted if an issue arose and I haven’t.

Very poor service. Carrier threw package labeled “fragile” on the porch and left. He could have damaged the content and should be reported to proper authority.

Service is pitiful lost one package, now two packages together one delivered the one shipped back to California now it’s in Arizona! No wonder they are losing money!

So far i cant say if its good or bad to use FEDX. I have been waiting for my package for almost a week now since then I tried to Customer Service ,seems helpful but my instruction not what i see in the tracking delivery destination. I hope on the second attempt the driver would be able to find my address which is any simple english knowledgeable person would find because its I had given all instruction and landmark of finding my pkace I will see on Monday .Then you will know my TRUE Feeling and I am even rate a shop where i buy my candy.Thank you Again Anisha of Fedex please chase my package .Ace

Zero stars for FedEx. They refused to deliver the package to us. They left a message on our answering machine, telling us our driveway was bad (?!) and didn't think they would be able to back down it (what?!). I called FedEx to find out what was going on, I said to the gentleman on the phone, even AMAZON goes up and down the driveway! Not happy with FedEx.

will never use again - overnight delivery delayed by 2 days. Have been chasing Fed-EX past 5 days for refund...As of today, a refund has been offerred that they will credit to the original shipper, who is a hotel chain, that mailed a much needed item overnight at my request and charged my hotel bill. So I"m now chasing the hotel manager in order to make sure my credit card is credited w/ the refund. Not sure how poor service by Fed-Ex became my (what seems like unending) problem to solve. Good lesson learned about these things, Fed-Ex and having back-up of critical items on hand. Double check money back guarantee as web says no longer available and double check necessary paperwork in case of delayed delivery for time sensitive items.

They said they delivered my package but I've been home all day I didn't receive my package

FedEx left my packages in my apartments mail boxes out side and in the ground looks like it been kick and step on bad delivery service ?

Very disappointed they stated that they delivered the package to my home on the 26th no one came to my home I have a ring doorbell and then nothing was left on my door on my mailbox stating that I had a package

My documents were sent from my former school from Nigeria to Philadelphia on 21:10:22 and behold by 27th:10:22 it was received and signed. It was delivered earlier than the scheduled date.
