Difficult to re-route a package ? change the arrival time?

This is crazy. My package was out for delivery 2 weeks ago, then it said pending. Then they lost it. They shipped another and it said out for delivery yesterday and it STILL didn't come, so 3 weeks tomorrow and I paid 2 day shipping and I still don't have my birthday gift which was Sunday ill NEVER use FEDEX agIn

FedEx has always been the best IMO

Great service, cheaper than the P.O. and gets there faster. I have shipped about once a month for several years and never (knock on wood) had any problems.

My package is 3 days late

Paid for next day delivery and 3 days late , after reading reviews about FedEx, I am really surprised they are still in business . I get faster delivery from British Columbia , than from Toronto , never again !!!

I have had zero problems with this delivery service. A helluva lot better than snail mail. USPS

I would never recommend using FedEx 2nd worst delivery company. They mark your package as delivered when it has not or idiot driver delivered to wrong address.

If u need your package ontime do not used FedEx. I paid $160cdn to get a package in 3days and it's now 10days and package is still in Memphis. The worst service ever

Worst service ever Please do not use!!!! My parcel took nearly two months and still haven’t received it yet. So angry customer service not helpful at all!!!!

My package is at Memphis TZ for seven days already and it is still lying there

Two days to lose my package and 1 week to tell me they don't know nothing

I have never had a problem with this service :) The reviews always make me giggle. Honestly, I'm shocked a system can deliver a package to your doorway from all the way across the world. You know how many things could go wrong within point a to point b? Too many, yet here we are getting these packages delivered. Great job to everyone involved (and I'm sure it's A LOT of people.
