Still waiting.. why can a parcel get shipped from India to France to Missasauga in 2 days and then sit for days and days in Missasauga and then days and days in Winnipeg? Unreal.

I drop off my pakage in wallgreen broad philly on 9 sept.. and i really shock becouse of till now, they still don't delivery my pakage.. now is 15 sept!!

Very disappointed in your delivery. This parcel was to be delivered to my home September 13th in Ontario yet I just checked and there it sits in NEW JERSEY!!! I NEED this delivery. Now.

They haven't delivered my packages from Aeroflow in six months and I now have on the way through them again and they keep giving my packages to someone else when they have my address on the package. FedEx has been to my house plenty of times with packages for me but yet can't deliver my packages from Aeroflow.

One package left Ontario on Sept 8 tracked across Canada fine. Arrived 12th. Another package shipped from Calgary Sept 8 . No tracking says it left Calgary? Tracking says its still on road in Calgary. Not happy was such to be here last week

Often leave packages outside closed garage door rather then taking them to the front door where I could actually access them. Can’t see them so don’t know they are there until the next day. Inclement weather means soggy boxes.

Purchased the perfect farmhouse sink for my new home. Only problem is the FRAGILE shipment arrived and will not hold water. It is broken into hundreds of pieces.

FedEx is an awesome company... I've never had a problem with them... And if I did have problems with my packages they always sent me a notification telling me so...

Part I ordered and needed by today, never got here and it's after 8 pm. It said it would be delivered by 8pm on tracking, out for delivery ! I have never gotten packages when I was supposed to. Screw FedEx. Worst deliverer packages ever !!!!!!!! I would rate them at 0

Still waiting for five years

Lost my package once already and the customer service trying to avoid responsibility. I politely asked them to provide the contact information of the driver and they aren't able to even do that. This is especially concerning since probably more than half of their drivers are intellectually challenged dumbasses and never deliver things to the right address.
