Never use Fed Ex will always use UPS or Post Office. Fed Ex delivery is horrible

I think it's absolutely awesome, that we can see where the driver is through the GPS system on map. Keep going forward fedex! I appreciate all your hard workers and drivers for taking care of us when we order our merchandise. We couldn't do it without you! Thank you so much!

It's sad to see a one time good company going to hell with hiring all kinds of people to drive for them.they have the lowest class of drivers ever, I called to complain and they didn't even wanted to hear me what I had to say.

Bad experience for 2 times.my whatever stuff I sent was broken. And so late delivery. For 1 st courier. Now 2nd courier still not got the parcel. And tracking also not moving .

FedEx continually leaves package in front of garage door. Worst possible place to leave it. Packages have been run over on a number of occasions. Doesn’t take a lot of thought to leave it in a different spot if you’re to lazy to walk a a short flight of stairs where other delivery drivers leave package. If I have a say in delivery, they’re the last choice.

Very bad service.delivered my package to wrong address .and never send the back

Package delivered to wrong address again! This time neighbor brought it to me, last time it was delivered to college dorm, had to reorder and get refund. Address was very clear on label, perhaps drivers should learn to read!

Don’t get what is happening they delivery my parcel in strand road central London and my address is in south London , now I have delivers status and no item or money back , they don’t want give my money because they had from this company delivery status , was home all day no one went to my house and also I track the number here and found out was delivery far way from my house , very sad

FedEx lost big equipment for more than $200 5 days The investigation turned up nothing. They said that they will not care about it, and I can contact the seller... TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ?
