Driver FAILED to follow delivery instructions!! STILL waiting on delivery.

Lost my parcel not pleased

When you have a package that is clearly asked PERISHABLE. YOUR FedEx driver should not just leave it sitting in the sun on the trunk of a car. They never knocked on the door. Not Happy.... Medicine that cost a couple thousand dollars. Luckily my wife was watching for it

Everytime i use FedEx my packages ? are always on time from Louisiana to Alabama and Maryland.

Delayed several times, and delayed. Looks like Something wrong with turning around BC to US and BC for circle , not directly going destination.

Fourth package that I never received. Two packages went to wrong house.

I was expecting a package grom the States, and everything was fine up until I received a call/msg from Fedex saying that I have to pay for the custom fee and taxes, which I did right after I received the notice. Got the confirmation # of the payment, and parcel.was on its way. I wasn't home and the FEDEX delivery driver came, again charge my Dad the same amount that I already paid for. Called Fedex and all I get is lip-service. Im still waiting for their call back that I was told to rectify this problem.... 2 invoice charges for 1 item, simple math.

Twice now with signature required deliveries driver has left a note in a bag at the gate 120 from the house. Both times the driver claimed we were not home and that he honked his horn repeatedly. The first time he claimed he came to the door. That time i had taken thw dayboff of work and was outside waiting for him when he claims to have been there. My wife was in the house. I stepped in to get a shower and there was this bag saying how hard he tried. This time he lied again, my wife was home ALL afternoon with her home office facing the street and her desk in front of the window. Ged wx is the worst delivery company out there and i would not only never use them, but would not buy products from company that only ship with them. They just plain sck.

It should be zero. If FedEx had been responsible for the alert of British troops approaching in 1775 we would still be a commonwealth country. They would have lost the message, then sent it to the wrong place, denied it was their fault, and blamed the receiver of the message for being at home. All the while their tracking would say delivered, accuracy not a core competancy.

Outstanding Customer and Delivery Service. There was an issue with packaging and the front counter Service agent in Calgary when outofhis way and when out back and found me a box to mail the painting. Then he helped me pack it. I was impressed with how dedicated he was to pleasing the customer, he went out of his way. Then he gave me a timeline when the package would arrive in Ontario, the parcel arrived as per his info. Great company and I would use them in the future again
