FedEx is always on time or early delivery

The packages were left at the wrong house. Neighbor brought them to me.

75% of packages are late and 50% have damage. Its getting worse. I have watched a drive toss my package over porch rail cuz to lazy to walk up stairs. Most dont see the security cameras.

I was tracking my package and the tracker stated I would receive my order by the end of the day on July 5th. At 7pm I looked at the tracker and it now stated the my order would now be delivered on July 8th. No reason. I guess they’re blaming Putin. If you don’t know when the order is going to arrive Don’t Have A Tracking System.

Never, ever, ever will I use FedEx. They lied to me for three days by telling me that my fourth of four tires was put on and taken off of a delivery truck two days in a row, when in actuality it was either stolen by a shady worker or lost in transit. They did deliver three of my four tires...four tires that were sent TOGETHER. All around worst customer service I have ever received. Bring on UPS or USPS...it's your turn to shine.

Five days from pick-up, my package is still sitting in the state of origin.

Excellent experience. But we expected to sign for so important documents when we received. The package was international!

Driver reports package left a front door. The package was left at the end of the driveway. Horrible service

This is not the first time I've had to wait for a package to get from Dallas to Haltom City. I wish they'd get there act together and improve service. My package has been in Dallas since July 1st.

Everytime FedEx is the carrier for an item I've ordered there is almost always an issue. This time being I was delivered an empty package, Clearly from being mmishandled.The envelope creased all up and hole in it where the item was either deliberately removed or pushed out, Regardless, I despise having to have an item shipped via FedEx..

FedEx in the Portland Oregon area is questionable. If you mix the Smartpost with it you are not going to have a satisfaction outcome. Our household is four for four with very slow delivery and lost shipments.
