Shocked at low scores!? My Fed-X is amazing!:) We receive several packages almost weekly & they're almost always on time too. So very grateful for there service & great job.

Tracking a package with UPS is much easier

Took FedEx 5 days to get critical supplies to my door. First scheduled for delivery on a Monday, and arrived on Fri.

Thus is I think my fourth time using FedEx and I agree with some of the other complaints. When you purchase an item they say when its going to be received and then once it get into transit and get closer to destination for some reason it freezes sitting somewhere and then if you know FedEx does not deliver on the weekend why do you give a delivery date on the weekend. This is one of the problems. I don't like your FedEx service. I think you should change to ups because it's the best. I was supposed to receive today but as usual it got to hagerstown, md and I guess its stuck because today is sat the weekend so no other info

I paid a lot of money to get the package from California to Madrid on Wednesday May 18. Today is the 21 still saying in Transit in. I am flying out of Madrid this afternoon Never ever again

My package hasn't moved since May 18th. Pathetic.

Package did not arrive by end of day today as stated by both FedEx and Vendor. Now 10pm.

2 deliveries in a row screwed up... unbelievable.

My package said delivery date of Sat..package is in Orlando now they are saying will be delivered Tuesday... it is in Orlando why Tuesday delivery????
