No updates, and slow

For a company once the top of the game you certainly have challenges

I was waiting for my item to be delivered yesterday, they never show up telling me I wasn’t at home, that’s a lie i was at home, Fedex never again

My husband sent something to me and it was fast and simple… I love that fedex sends alerts. I miss packages due to work and you guys made it so easy not to miss another package.

I think you guys at Fed X are freakin great from the drivers ,equipment, and service. You can only do what you can do ! Your in the middle of things a lot probably, out here in this empty your my life line . Keep it up mofo

FedEx is the best all ways on time or before time I would all ways pick FedEx to deliver my package for me

I got my package earlier than expected and I was so excited! The man that delivered my package was really nice too. I will definitely use and recommend this service as well. Thank you so much!

Package left 4-19 and still has not arrived. Supposed to be here 4-26 and shows weather delayed. I looked at the weather where it is at and shows no bad condition so now I'm wondering where the hell is my package. Fed ex is the worst to use and this has happened before. I don't understand why people ship using them. I never had a issue with UPS.

Horrible service. I paid for the express shipping and i has been more than 4 days and still nothing. Worse service ever, won't to go FedEx next time.

15 days and still waiting

FedEx is the most unreliable and frustrating shipping company I've ever ever dealt with

Service center arranged to pick up my package at fedex office when I missed to receive, package was not at office and it was in transit but not delivered to home also they dont know where it is and when will be delivered. I have to loose time a lot to get it.

As I read your reviews, I thought, oh my God, other people are experiencing what I experience. I have a big note on my front door that says to drop my packages at the back door They never do. Be careful fedex. If you recall the Bell System used to treat people any kind of way (usually bad), then the court split it up. AT&T isn't as powerful in our lives; a whole different ball game now, isn't it. Be careful how you treat your customers because one day you may not have them.

Was told my package was arriving at 8 pm 30 mins after will be arriving shortly Received information the following day will arrive before 219p waited that day no package Called support was informed package was never put on truck 5 days later as I complain just spoke to a driver who kindly assisted me to find out my package is still in another state it’s been 8 days no package Horrible service, Unbelievable 1star is overrated
