They never can deliver the first time, claim they tried but they never show up on my ring door bell. Worst company. Never use them. I've offered to pay extra to have another compatible deliver.

Can’t get anyone to answer my question. About my package being delivered to wrong address

Waiting for my item to be delivered for past 5 days every day saying delivery to day 6pm

My Very bad experience with fedex because I sent a package Brampton to Calgary Very important paperwork I sent by fast courier sat APRIL 02 2022 $93 delivery time was 10am Monday April 04 2022 but today 05 April we r still waiting for my package they don't know where is my package

They never leave the package where they are supposed to! I live on a busy street so the shipping label says back porch and there is a sign on the front porch that says leave on back porch. They must be illiterate!

Tracking my parcel on Tuesday and result shows me were it is but on there information it's last Friday. Well I want to know we're it is today not last Friday. Pure Incompetence.

If the package tok heavy just say that!!! Don't lie saying you attempted delivery and no one was (which is a lie) home. Now today Yao said my package will be here at 8 p.m just find out my package was never on the truck in the forsy place. Please do better or hire better because some of these people are lazy.

Only rarely does FedEx goof up. I find them very friendly, helpful and good on promised deliveries.
