Estimated delivery is not even close when it arrives.

Was returned exactly as scheduled. I do a lot of business with FedEx and they come through everytime.

Never delivered. Just says "EXCEPTION" when searching tracking number. exception is becoming the norm.

To many damaged deliveries

Nothing on tracking since the 15th and my daughter still does not have her package!

One of the worst shipping companies I’ve had to deal with. Never on time anymore. Impossible to get products at times promised. This wasn’t always the case. But the last several years has been horrific in regards to Fed Ex. Not the gold standard anymore. As a matter of fact, I have much better success with the USPS. The CEO of Fed Ex should be fired and replaced by someone with a solid track record of success. Dave Allen formally of DHL comes to mind. Not using Fed Ex anymore. Adios!

Said they delivered my package at my house but it never arrived

Sick of the covid excuses and that's what they're doing 11 days for a two-day shipment I had a cancel my shipment and reorder and again playing the same game covid I understand nobody wants to work for FedEx anymore I get it but if you can't do it put it there USPS the mill always gets delivered on time okay

Almost a week late. I think FedEx needs to pay people more and hire more workers
