My package was out for delivery and the truck pulls into the parking lot across from my driveway, with my husband standing on the porch he drives off and takes my package to the post office so they can deliver it on Monday! What a joke and inconvenience to me to have to wait on regular mail when I paid for Fed Ex delivery!

Paid for express, next day delivery, and my time sensitive document, still haven't arrived, I emailed FedEx regarding this situation and no response, terrible customer service, don't bother calling, they don't answer the phone.
