Left a message to say they had been but couldn’t deliver ( I was in work ) The app won’t work in order to. change delivery, the website won’t work either. The same thing will happen with the delivery again because Zineill be in work again. Ridiculous

I would just like to say that Carlos at location are RIVK was amazing. He helped me so much with a very difficult, time related situation. His customer service skills are top notch! I would recommend Fed Ex and Carlos to my family and friends! Thanks Carlos ?

My $700 delivery was delivered down by our tree line. Our fedEx delivery guy refuses to deliver packages to the house if our dogs are outside. We are ok with that but have told them multiple times to deliver to our shop which is right up our drive because our dogs have fencer collars which only allow them half way to the shop. I take offense to having my deliveries put in the trees and found by my child.

Besides going 600 miles out of the way with every package I order. They are unable to keep two boxes shipped at the same time from same shipper together. Half showed up today other half shows it's still 600 miles away. Pure incompetence will never use FedEx for my own shipping needs.

Tracking never updates and never on time

Fast easy service the first try .

The order was incomplete, 6 items of a total of 8 was missing. Box condition had slight damage and seems it has been resealed.

My package thats on ice and is medication was supposed to be delivered 1-7-22 its still not delivered and today is 1-10-22!
