Have hold my order on the truck for over a week and haven't delivered yet

Terrible always late on deliveries and status updates are always wrong

You idiots have sent my package all around my address and to 3 other states and you failed to deliver it for 10 days so far . You people can’t handle the job !!!!

I cannot believe my package has been stuck "in transit" for several days now in my city. Why did Harley Davidson switch from UPS to FedEx d? ?

On several occasion, my packages arrived 5 to 6 days after the reported delivery date. This is unacceptable and tbr CEO needs to takr notes from Amazon on delering packages on time during Holiday and regular seasons

I paid extra to have the package there by 12/18 still no package received as of 12/20.

It's sad how many packages are delayed with this company been waiting on one since December 7th and today is December 20th, they been saying it's on the truck for delivery

FedEx has the worst delivery service they have left packages that needed signed for on top of my mail box which is .7 tenths of a mile from my home. They have left multiple packages at other people's homes that were mine and now I'm dealing with one in wich was 20 min from my home in wv and was then sent to new jersey they are a bunch of idiots

Mad as hell. Pd for overnight shipping leaving Friday, deliver Sat. Tracking said it was on truck. Still not delivered Monday pm. Tracking says it is on truck. Will be gone all day tomorrow for medical appointments so now the pkg will go back to sender. Pony Express would have been faster. What a Cluster#*€¥#. . . What happened to good ol’ service, Federal Express?!

Worst service in the word. If they don't read address properly and mark it delivered.. I would say you are the worst

I ordered 4 tires only received 3 my wife told them that when they delivered tires. She told them her name but she did not sign anything but it’s saying my wife signed as to received 4 tire. Bring my tire and I will upgrade to five star

Tracking has changed delivery date twice , now has been stuck in one location for 3 days

You say my shipment is in transit it's been over ten days in transit

We have problem getting the driver to deliver to our place but the driver we had today said he didn't have any problem finding our place. You should keep this one!
