Thank you for leaving brand new car parts at end of my driveway instead of delivering to my door. My 18 year old son who worked hard for those parts appreciates your laziness too and we are lucky to have good neighbors to look out for us and it wasn't stolen. Complete laziness.

I have repeatedly had horrible customer service, they have sent me on wild goose hunts to places that don't exist, given me wrong info, expected me to drive 200km each way to pick up a parcel they would not let me authorize a weekend delivery for (of my own part!) And then when I called almost a dozen times in a week asking for a manager, every time got ignored or muted, was supposed to have a manager call me back 4-5 times, never happened! I had to cancel my order and have it shipped through a company that was competent.

My package required a signature in order to receive it, so I was home waiting for the package since I got a message that it will be delivered today. The delivery guy never rings the bell! They just leave a note that they made a attempt. It happened to me 4time already for all pf my package that I had to receive.for sure DHL is way better

I have had a few deliveries lately undertaken by Fedex and I cannot complain at all, my orders from A dealer in Cornwall have arrived next day so no complaints from me. Great company, up to date tracking and very polite and professional drivers Thanks.

They sedn my package yesterday from Cali and it's here in Mexico already, really fast service

I did not receive my package. When I traced it, it shows it had been delivered on Monday, Nov. 1. I DID NOT GET IT!!!

Persistently late, sloppy in the package placement and dishonest when challenged.

Always late, terrible customer service and I'm probably the hundredth person to say that today! Does FedEx even care?

Fed ex claimed to leave my package at the wrong house

I am SO frustrated that my package is held up!!It has a World War I Doughboy uniform and boots that I want to wear on Veterans Day!PLEASE get it MOVING!!
