Thank you for your delivery of a my heavy package 200 feet from my door. Package near busy street. Also my driveway does go right to both front and back porch. If I could give zero stars I would.

Absolutely terrible service, parcel delayed. No updates. Customer service advisors have no idea what they are doing. I find FedEx extremely unorganised and unhelpful. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.

Poor service from pickup to a maybe delivery. Try calling and they can hardly speak English and end up not able to help. They tell you to call someone else. Why do people use this Service- I don't know?!

poor service. 3 weeks the goods still did not arrive from the due date. so I asked for a refund from the seller.this is the third time maybe after this i m ask saller first before making delivery to change another company.
