Doesn’t give most recent location info.

I paid $80 for fast delivery but still my package is in transit not fair at all very bad service

I have always had very poor service they can never deliver my package without issues . Other delivery companies seem to have no issues. I have called three times to get my package moved to a closer pick up location and that still isn’t complete

I like FedEx. Parcels usually arrive before the stated date, but the tracking isn't worth watching. I've received parcels that weren't supposed to be here yet, and I have the item already. One of the most reliable shipping companies in my experience.

Paid for express shipping and received it two days after my original delivery date

Tracking number 522787719496 was delivered to the wrong address. It was signed for at a warehouse and now it’s lost. The warehouse said they returned it the next day to FedEx and FedEx cannot find it now. I can’t claim a refund through my credit card company because it was delivered. This is a lose lose situation.

This is ridiculous, I've been waiting sense 3pm. It's now 8pm. I have to get up at 3am. Poor service.

Delayed and Missing the documents. Still they do not give any response to the inquiry

I can’t remember the last time fedex delivered on time. Use DPD rather than this lot.

No text to pre-warn of impending delivery, the app is all third party advertising, Fed-ex needs to learn from its competitors and communicate with its customers on both sides of the delivery, DPD run rings around Fed-ex LEARN FROM YOUR COMPETITORS, THEY ARE DOING IT MUCH BETTER THAN YOU.!!!!

Since when is "on truck for delivery" delivered at your home 2 days ago? When ya show me a map, I'm looking at CO but I'm in MT?

Its not service really bad im still waiting for my package for more than a week and i pay .my delivery for 3 days im not sure how much longer i have 2 wait ups are better never have a problem i tracked my package it was in north Carolina when i meail out from reverside ca to san jose ca unbelievable
