Didn't receive package, Didn't take a picture of the package being delivered

My package has been sitting in the warehouse for six days, and the FedEx warehouse is only 20 minutes away from my house. Another thing is, that they didn't allow me to come and pick up the package. On top of that package contained gifts that I'm missed flying out to Europe

We were waiting an overnight package, we depended on it to travel. It’s been two days and we’re still waiting for it, it’s not even close to where we are. It’s very frustrating. We thought it will arrive yesterday at least late but nope, we already had to reschedule two times our flights. And hopefully arrives tonight but who nows. Our package still in tenesse

I think FEDEX is great. I think all of our postal services do a wonderful job. Gosh, think of the amount of mail/packages go out everyday! Kudos to them all♥️I just would like them knock hard on the door when they deliver so I know the package was delivered

Waited for package 511785936542 only to discover it was delivered to a residence in Mirabel Quebec while I live in Quinte west, Trenton Ontario What is this? Been trying to get this book since Apr and continued problems with delivery and having to reorder this is book 3

My package was not delivered to my house. It says it was delivered to Spiro, Ok. I live in Talala Ok. How are you going to fix this?

If an item is in Tacoma WA how long does it take to travel 25 miles to Olympia WA? I could have driven there and back to pick up the item with HOURS to spare. FedEx has a record to stalling items in a city and 3 days or more they decide to deliver it or not.

Actually FedEx deserves no rating.....as even their hub does not know what's going on.

My package has been in forest park ga since June. It's August now. Still no package.

Ups and Usps service is much better and easier

Annoyingly, FedEx described two boxes as delivered, when they only delivered one box. Now I have to go through a PIA trying to track my second box. Ugh

Delivery promised by 9:30 AM - It is now 6:10 PM and no delivery - no way to trace offered !!!!????

It's broken and the company is incompetent
