Everytime I order something and it is shipped fed-ex it takes 3 times as long to get here. This delivery has been on delivery route truck 3 days and they can't drop it off at the correct location.

My package has been sitting in Chicago for 3 days and was supposed to be delivered two days ago. I need it today or it's pointless. Ordered my rafts for a rafting trip tomorrow with plenty of time for transit and they still can't deliver on time! What the hell good are they!!!!!

Never up to date on the tracking of packages.

Did not receive my item. It's just sitting in a depo in Paisley

Package were supposed to arrive today it is now sitting 140 miles away from here and it was promised August 13 Friday sure was expecting it it’s a package

Twice they lost my delivery. Twice I never received my delivery.

My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Now it’s saying no delivery date is set

Horrible service, priority overnight. Still waiting for the package shipped 3 days ago.

It's as bad as their delivery service. Don't recommend it. Can't find any reliable information.

Absolutely unable to track my pkg!

Garbage company with horrible customer service. They lie to you about why your package was delayed to cover up that fact that they screwed up. Then when your live flowers in box die because of the delay they refuse to pay for the damaged product. Cannot say enough bad things about this company.

Pas moyen de voir comme il faut ou nos colis sont rendu. il devrait nous appeller quand sont en route vers chez nous. car on perd notre journer à attendre après eux. sinon faut appeler le service à la clientèle et personne nous dise la même affaire.

Overnight shipping, I get my package the next morning. They should ring the doorbell though.

Never used ring doorbell and card left was pointless no number to contact

After submitting all necessary documents for shipment I have been to again and again to submit the same documents. So I am tired of FedEx service & will never ever suggest anyone for it
