Good service On time delivery

Poor service charge more Delayed parcel will not go again

How can a parcel be detained in Singapore for 8 days in transit when there are daily flights out of Singapore heading in the destination of Australia via other routes. DHL this very July delivered in 8-9 days a parcel btwn the very two points (origin and destination). This kind of inefficiency by FEDEX is deplorable. FEDEX has now taken 17 days still no parcel in sight.

Slow, unreliable and do not depend on the tracking information!

Got a package coming from Florida to Ohio, 2 day shipping so they said. Supposed to be here Fri, then they said Sat. Now they say no date available. Left Florida just after midnight and got to GA about 9am Thur. Said it left GA at 9:15 Fri morning, then it said it left GA on Sat morning at 8:30 am. It still says today, Monday, it is in transit from GA. So 2 day shipping, it is already 3 days late. Shipped 5 days ago. FedEx is the worst carrier ever!

Very slow service

10 boxes shipped, exactly the same way, with the same destinee's address arrived at destination, the 2 last ones went back home... and nobody is calling me to let me know why?!?!?!?!? neither to tell me where they are. gladly the new owners of the house called me to let me know my shipment went back home!
