Horrible service. Medical supplies held up somewhere in Fedex's system for 3 days with no advice on anticipated delivery. Product need is extremely time sensitive.

FedEx guy left a package by my front door but it wasn't mine. The intended recipient & I happened to share the same 1st name, even the spelling, but that was it, address not even close. Don't they scan packages as they deliver them? Yes, they're certainly suppose to & if he had he would have been alerted to the fact that it was not the right one. When I called FedEx's customer service for my area & explained the situation she said wow, seems as tho he hasn't scanned any of his packages today. She told me she would be in contact with him very shortly & this mix up would soon be corrected. Never heard another word, from the driver, or from customer service & I see they're online that there'll be no deliveries Sat. & Sun. When I shop online from now on I'll make a conscious effort before purchasing to check the carrier service used by the seller, if it's FedEx I'll find the item I need I'll find a different seller or a different place to shop online! It's ALWAYS something with them, always!!! They're certainly not what they were at one time, they'll never see that status again! P.S. Almost 4got, the condition of you packaging when it arrives is absolutely disgusting! 9 outta 10 X's the boxes are in shreds from being thrown around! If I were a seller there's NO way I'd ever consider using them!!!

Terrible service all the way around! Don't bother getting insurance. You will just be paying extra for them to F**k up whatever you are sending. You cannot dispute it. It'll be a waste of your time,therefore making you extremely angry. I Lost $4000 all together, dealing with Fed ex and ill will never use them again. They are definitely not the same company as they were when Tom Hanks worked there. Sorry, I needed to amuse myself for a minute. I was feeling the need to treat something in my house like they treated my Technic 1200 turntable. I can just see Jim Carrey dribbling my package down the street, to my house.Rrrrrr!!!!
