Trying to contact the driver to give him instructions that the gate does not have access needs to call me can't track package like Amazon where you can see where the driver is so I can meet them at the gate

This is 2 weeks in a row that my pkg was not delivered. It was sent from Maryland with 2 day shipping and both times made it to Ashland VA where for a reason no one at FedEx can tell me was taken off the truck for 2 days and left sitting in that Hub. Granted the weather had been a little difficult however, UPS and USPS was able to deliver to me, no problem. The items in my pkg were perishable, raw seafood, so you would think Fed Ex would have taken that into consideration before letting it sit for 3 days. I will never ship through Fed Ex.

It is too slow. It would have been delivered in 2 days, but now it has been delayed for 5 days. I also paid more for shipping

I just want an up date not a retail store, what a pain!

Unable to track or get any information from customer service

Overnight express mailed on Tuesday . It's now Saturday and it still hasn't arrived. Unbelievable.

My package left on the 16th of February still today no information or no clue when I'm going to get my package

2day package takes over a week

Fed x is the worst service an way of sending anything, my package has been lost for 5 days an still can not locate it. I have had my car repossessed because of there service

Terrible service. Delivery was promised for today at 8pm No delivery. Upset

two times i not get package in the time....like 19 February by 9pm.now is 11:15pm.
