Parcel has been sitting in a facility since midday sunday..this is Tuesday afternoon...package according to tracking hasn't moved...is Phoenix snowed in???

I would go lower if there was negative stars.

I can't believe there still in business worst company ever I'd rather see Pony Express delivering my package very unreliable never there on time once let me just pick up ware house is faster ,most of time there will be 3 trucks in same area, not very efficient for company I've noticed they sit on the package sits for several days instead of get to customers sooner not sure what's up with there logic, I'd get to customers asap

My package was to be delivered by Sunday at noon. Nope. Then to be here today at 10:30 am. Then by 4:30 pm today. Nothing. No wonder I use UPS.

Absolutely the worst shipper. Ordered a bed which FedEx delivered damaged. Had to get another one. When FedEx arrived went outside to help unload and the driver drug it out of the truck where it hit the bumper and he was dragging it across the grass. Luckily no damage. Waiting on a package now and have no idea when it will arrive. Worst service ever. Most of my parcels end up at my daughters house

Package has been lost since 2/11/2021. I talked to the local FedEx on 2/13/2021. I was told the the package would be found and delvered. Still no package. I am not sure how FedEx can compete with UPS or USPS. The service is terrible.

No tracking update more than 3 days its stuck somewhere or what ?

Need a Customer Service agent for direct resolution of where is my package.

i paid for it to be delivered on sunday feb 14th on valintines day someone is not doing their job i should get my money back 2410 very bad business.

I gave 1 star if there was any way to give 0 stars I would have. Order something online paid 30 extra to have next day. Now keep in mind that I ordered my thing at 8:08
