Goes the long way and is always late, I live close to la and my package went from la to Nevada like what

I have a package hung up at FedEx in Indianapolis since 11-23-20 and can not find out up is holding it up or any other information on it.

I guess it takes to weeks and it still has not gotten to me.YET! Beyond stupid.Would rather go get it myself.On top of whether delay which I don’t believe that actually happened.FYI!Order on 12/07/2020# 947413222780

Cannot track where this package is. It was an overnight that should have arrived yesterday It needs refrigeration. It is impossible to talk to a human being.

Had an envelope with important papers to be delivered on a Friday.They were not delivered until late Wednesday.

It's now the 16th, a FedEx truck just left from next door and guess what? Yup no package again. I understand about covid19, but do you understand needing your medication?

They never deliver to the rite building its the third time they claimed they delivered it but never did

No one available to speak to, package manager program doesn’t work, package not eligible for hold to pick up at Fed Ex location, first package delivered to who knows where?

Way it show it always out for delivery and map show it dont move

Very poor service the one who suppose deliver my package is lazy he don't even knock the door my package still not receive almost 1 month

Poor is the best I can say. They have lost more than one of my packages and are now very late on another. Two star is being generous.

If I could give less I would ever try to reach a real person drivers lie about delivering express is a joke our package has not moved in over 8 hrs wish I didn't have to deal with these people

Paid $135 for fastest garanteed due to a death issue. Was worthless as it didn’t arrive on time and no idea when it will. WONT USE FEDEX AGAIN
