Absolutely no usable information

I waited long time and when I called them tell me go to the post office when went to the office told me call the time bay cellphone

This is terrible I have called them over and over and even drove there because they told me I have to pick up my pkg and when I got there I called them and they told me it's in transit and will get it that day so I drove home and still have not received my pkg. This is not acceptable I ordered it before Thanksgiving

If I could give a ZERO I would. Absolutely no assistance and canned responses on why a pkg is updated daily with "in transit" sitting down the street from destination for 4 days now!! Terrible customer service!

After 5 days the parcel is still in Paris

Showed up a day early so i was not there and now have to eait 3 extra days. This will cost me hundreds . why can't i just pick the item up? Horrible if i could would be 0 stars

Vary slow services even not give the answer properly

Package sat on a facility for 3 days. As of today (7 days later) pckg. Has not been delivered. I am generous giving you when I would rate it -0.

This has been a horrible experience, noone knows where my package is but I keep getting text alerts saying delivery date has been rescheduled tonthe day before the date the text alert came.This is an expensive purchase that noone seems to know where it is located to this date.

Package week late. Tracking keeps saying same place. Fed ex has NO IDEA what they are doing.
