Package gas been In tracy ca for over 20 days and the idiots put it on the truck, then scan it back to the warehouse and they wont let me go pick it up. Tracy ca is the worst fed ex and should be shut down

I made a order with boost mobile and we both had the correct address showing up but I call FedEx and they forget to put my apartment number down so now they can't deliver my order and it supposed been delivered today now I have to wait again this is not good at all

My package shippen on the 26 aug was in my town the 28 aug did not recieve till the 1st payed for 3 day service will never ever use there service agsin

Sent a document from Toronto Canada to Bucharest Roumania. On Friday August 28/2020 arrived on 31 Aug2020. Happy customer.!!!

Been waiting on package for a week and fedex has it’s on vacation hold to chec with sender / sender said they had no idea why

Worst service ever. My package was picked up My packaged was picked up 8/24 and it’s 8/30 and still hasn’t been delivered. The transport was to a 5 hr drive distance and it has or will take them a week to deliver. I have no plan to use Fed Ex again

Pay for fast delivery 2 separate packages same time 1 arrived of 2 the other went back to the station and going to be delivered 3 days later. What the sense of paying so much money and they guaranteed a certain time and date when it not true. Very disappointing.

It is frustrating that there is no information as to where is the package. If the package was put in a truck at 1043 am it should have been delivered. The sender paid for a priority overnight delivery and that did not happen. It's almost 7 pm and no delivery and no update.

Fedex tracking is worthless. Hope the product I ordered is better. Will never again buy a product that ships with Fedex.

When I want my products to have a Scenic tour of United States I use FedEx, when I want them faster I use UPS

My package was shipped 7 days ago. I went on tracking and it said "On truck for delivery" . It never showed up I went back to "tracking" and now it says "exception" . I called and it is now scheduled for 8/31/20. That's 10 days.totally unacceptable. I will file a complaint with the R.I. Attorney General.

Don't hold your breath for them to deliver on time. You will be greatly disappointed.
