Driver left package at street. It rained 1 inch that night. Driver took time to write: so sorry In a rush. We happened to see package when leaving the next day. Totally soaked!

I order my items on March 25, 2024 and as of April 23th I still have not received my items. Very bad service!!!!

Driver delivered time sensitive materials in the wrong house and it’s been a day and we still don’t have any update on where is the parcel. It’s pathetic service

7 days and courier still at France. India to Gambia tales 5 days. No update.

FedEd Express is awesome. However it is FedEx Ground and FedEx Home that is absolutely horrible. They deliver the wring package constantly and when you try to call them to come get the package that was misdelivered they blow you off like oh well not our problem. But when FedEx Express makes a mistake they fix it. But rarely do they misdeliver. It's these 3rd party guys they hire for ground that don't give a crap..

For urgency FedEx can't be booked. They take their OWN time and route. Saturday ,Sunday they don't deliver. No proper response.

Package is delayed alot should have been here the 20th and its now two days later and still isnt here its been shipped back and forth to places close to shipping delivery address but yet hasnt made it here

Dreadful company still trying to get answers to where our package it. Brand new Ebike missing nobody wants to know are admit its missing. Would never use this company again.

My glass crock arrived very broken. I am disappointed that the driver left the package. He must have heard the broken glass rattling around in the box.

My most recent experience is right on.

They have to change the way they deliver packages. They don't even call the customers and they don't ring the bell at the apartments doors.

Completely disappointed with the service. I've been waiting for a document since April 15 and they telling that they came and nobody answer to received the package. When I go now to pick up at their location , they telling me now that the person have to sign and my mother is an old person and have difficulty to walk. I think that it's unfair.
