Package was not delivered. Issued a ‘sorry we missed you’ note but no advice on next steps. I was at home waiting for delivery & driver did not ring or knock door.

Paid over $3000 Canadian for a parts to be priority shipped and they’ve sat at the airport all week

There were 4 parcels to be delivered to the (SIDE DOOR). They were delivered to the front door but only 1 parcel was left the other 3 were put back on the truck apparently. I would appreciated if the other parcels were delivered to the the proper door.

I have had FedEx delivery 3 parcels over the last year and not once did they make an attempt to deliver to my address. They drop it off at a depot then call me to pick it up. Very lame for the cost of thier service.

Tracking number says package was delivered. I never received it. Package should be placed Inside and placed in front of appropriate apartment door. It should not be left outside the door!!

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and it was mailed from the company to Fed Ex and I still have not received my delivery

You are a day late with my order it was to be here on 6/17/20 now it is 6/18/20 And still looking for my order it is 10:00 am

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! If you can't handle the business FedEx don't accept people's packages! AND DON'T SEND PACKAGES TO FRICKIN OAK PARK, MI! I've had three packages go to no where land in Oak Park, taking weeks not days to deliver.

Trying to organise a re delivery, finding this to be impossible.

I’ve been waiting for a package since May 15th, I use my tracking number only to see it says no delivery date scheduled yet. What the hell are you people doing. Your sure not sending packages, mine is out there in limbo Unhappy customer

Said would be delivered on June 17 2020 . Did not receive . Don’t know where order is . This is ridiculous when it shows fed x picked it up . Now fed x doesn’t know where it is .

My parcel is apparently stuck but I can't find any practical instruction on how to do to get it

WILL NEVER EVER CHOOSE FEDEX AGAIN!!! This is the second time they do my shipping and they just keep your items for a month here in French Guiana!!! One time is because of the invoice, second it will come today of tomorrow but it never been delivered or because the custom officer need more informations which they already have all the informations! No regular updates on the website tracking! Just a bunch of lies and a waste of time and money! I JUST HATE FEDEX!!! I rather choose DHL that are cheaper, faster and professional!
