  • On Tuesday 06/9, 2020 at 9:36 AM one of your delivery trucks made a delivery at 10677 Preston Lane, Dubuque, Iowa with EXCESSIVE speed. Private lane with animals present. The driver must have been going at least 60 mph on a country gravel PRIVATE lane. I want someone to call me back ASAP. I have been on HOLD with your customer service while I moved 2 acres of grass so that tells me there really is no one there and that FedX really does not care!! Cathy White 563-590-3240 ASAP

  • I have been waiting for my package from Fedex for three months if and when my package arrives at where im at in the Levega in Dominican republic, i will let all of my friends and family know about my bad experiences with Fedex. I personally will never ever use Fedex again.

  • I have been on hold for 40 minutes and counting, the carrier wrote on the door tag that delivery attempt was made at 11:50am at the business I manage. The tag was left after 4pm so clearly it wasn’t attempted to be delivered at the written time because I was in the store. Now when I try to set up re-delivery I can’t get a human on the phone and the automated system says they don’t have information for this door tag. I am super frustrated as I need this package to re-open my store after being closed for months, and the re-delivery date is for the day I am supposed to re-open. Super frustrated. FedEx do better. The company I work for spends a lot of money using your service and having to spend an hour on the phone to attempt to speak to someone is unacceptable. I’m STILL on hold as I write this.

  • I had never had a problem with FedEx but recently my order should of taken 3 days it's city in my local office I am on my 15 day of the original deliver date and it's still sitting at the local office ugh!!!
