This is the 2nd package to not be here on time being delivered by FedEx. I will only shop where they ship via ups from now on.

Where is my package? Its past the delivery date and no updates.

Packages are not delivered on time. Poor customer service

Why do packages sit at one location for days. I know their busy but there is no reason to let packages just sit for days.

I haven't had any problems with delivery of my packages but the cost is absolutely ridiculous so that's why I didn't give five stars.

We left my phone and my husbands medication in Arizona so we needed it sent to us as soon as possible. Our friends overnighted it to us. It cost us $68 to have it here by 10:30am the next day. It is now 3:17 pm and still no package. Don’t make promises you can’t keep. We got a another package in 3 days and paid a fraction of that cost

Terribly slow delivery, already 3 weeks in

No matter how many times I complain, they deliver my packages to my neighbor. Someday I would like them delivered to me! The Post office can do it, UPS can do it why can't FedEx?

Reliable service... drivers actually ring bell and hand deliver package instead of dropping off without even ringing the bell

Our package was dropped IN the neighbor's yard (over 600') away. Got rained on and nearly run over by whoever's turns around in their yard.

Please update your site. My package has been in Ohio since Sunday and it's now Wednesday. I guess I have to give you 1 star because you can't submit a review without a star.

FedEx couldn't get a package delivered on time if their lives depended on it worse shipping company ever!!!

$44.38 to deliver a 16 lb package. You robbed me without a gun. Ridiculous
