Am not satisfied with you way of doing shipping. They told me in Ghana that the shipment take 3 days to get to chine and now it’s been 1 good week now the shipment has not been reach yet.

I am trying to track an insulin shipment that I need immediately. However, upon entering the tracking number, no information is realized. The service is a joke. No stars for you.

They one tire on shipping

FedEx has failed to deliver my packages the last 2 times in a row. No other carrier has a problem finding my house

Your company's service efficiency is very poor

I have been selling online for 8 years and used every shipping service there is and by far FedEx is the slowest way to ship. If I see a item I want and they use FedEx I wont buy it. I honestly dont see why anyone would ship with them when your local post office will get it there in nearly half the time in most cases. It amazes me there still in buisness.

They tell you three business days and it takes four but they don't refund anybody there money they still charge you the full price if my package is one day late I feel a guy should be reimbursed today and keep up to their end of the deal. I definitely will be using UPS I've had much better luck with them

It is a hit Or miss ! I have my Meds delivered to me from Chicago for over 4 years from a Pharmaceutical Company Ground To A FedEx Store...more times than less delivered by w pm next day... Then for what ever there reason ? Then there are 2 day delivery with a overnight delivery! 2 times they lost my Meds??? On A Scale 1-10 = (5)
