They never deliver when they say they will and the tracking system show delivery date but it’s the date they picked up from the shipper the service stinks

Why does it have to be so difficult to pick up a package when you are not there to sign for it. I don't want to make an account or download the app or like FedEx on Facebook and Twitter, I just want to know where to go to pick up the package so I can pick it up.

Customer service of my guys is below horrible, they didn't bother to bring package to my door, but brought it to the office, I went there once, picked up the package, fell down, I called to FedEx 3 times, and asked to bring it to my door and still they bring it to the office, so inconvenient, I wish I could send my package with other postal service. FedEx customer service is sucks!

SMH. The driver did not drop off my son’s birthday gift!

Been waiting on a package to he delivered to my parents for their anniversary since Saturday October 19. It has yet to be delivered. Everyday the status says "out for delivery". I'm really upset about this.

Always on time

Shipping was ok but somewhat slow, and with dhl and other shipping they don't charge more for customs but fedex does.

Very bad pothetic service I found big name and that’s it no tracking to head office where is parcel is , bad drivers they have less then a minute to stay at door and charge money a lot Not worth it
