My parcel was sent rite away an you idiot's were able to deliver it to the wrong postcode, not a good service. Bad company. Do not use people.if review gave option of no stars, that's how my experience was. They cost me money by delivering to wrong address.

This is crap. My package according to FedEx was to be delivered by February 9th. That is today. I just learned that they have handed it off to the USPS. Now the tracking number changes at the hand off. I had to research that I need to add 92 to the tracking number to get the USPS tracking number. Now I don't have my package and neither if the agencies can tell me where my package is. Surprise customer service at its best.

FedEx shows delivery attempt of package today. We have a ring doorbell. Nothing backs that attempt up. Yesterday, they attempted and if went off. Amazon provides better service. They provide proof.

I’ve been fighting with FEDEX to deliver packages to my apartment door and not leave them in the mailroom due to that I am in a wheelchair and can’t always go downstairs to check to see if they have arrived!!!! FEDEX DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING! NOR CAN THEY READ! FOLLOW DIRECTIONS ON WHAT CUSTOMERS PUT ON LABELS FOR DELIVERIES !!!!!
