Worst ever… second time using the service and both disappointing. No update n nothing for like 5 days.

Worst service my pvc adhaar despatched 27 August 2024 ,on 30 August 2024 tracking show consignment details not found when went to head post office the computer operator told me that your aadhaar reached to Varanasi instead of district Shahjahanpur courier service best. The most pathetic option to send Rakhis abroad. I sent the parcel on 7th August after standing in a queue for 2.5 hours. Unfortunately the parcel did not reach the US at all as of today 28-08-2024. The last update was on the 10th of this month showing it’s in Mumbai Sorting office. The Chembur Post Office has only one operational counter with extremely slow systems making it a completely frustrating and unproductive experience. Rakshabandhan has long gone and the purpose too is not served. Best to use other options and save yourself some time, trouble and effort by using India Post Services. Rating - minus

The best option to send a courier...it's time consuming but reliable & inexpensive

Such a worst service ever. No updates about the parcel. If we asked any info about the parcel, nobody answered properly.

Worst service ever. If there is option to give rating in negative or minus i would like to give.. I send a parcel by Register Ad from Racecourse post office as on 06 August 24. Parcel not reached on destination till date.My beloved brothers are still waiting for my Rakhi….worst experience ever .
