Very very poor service my parcel is still pending from last 5 days

very much unsatisfactory service . consignment is shown as returned for insufficient address without making proper efforts to deliver even when mobile numbers are mentioned on the consignment. This causes loss to the public by such dishonest attempts.

Up to despatch from India its fast service. As it approaches the destination things get delayed and tracking doesn't give correct infornation. This delay is unjustifiable.

Your speed post system is too slow please upgrade it

Very poor service, I sent a speed post from Mumbai to kolkata it's been 5 days, it has still not reached yet! No updates nothing!

Your speed post parcel delivered very poor . 9 Feb parsal not received till date however, 9 days to go and I am waiting also pls send fast. Plz take strength action against on this issie. I will surely twet this issue to pm and central govt.

My letter delivered on 9.2.24. But till today i.e. 17.24 I did not get it. My home 10 km distance from Ghasipura. Plz look into the matter personally.

Appreciable dealings by the counter staff, mostly delivered well before the promissed time. Great service!
