I have booked two parcel to akot in Maharashtra on 10.02.2024. But still the parcels have not delivered. Usually the parcel booked in Dindigul went to Madurai and to Chennai and to Vijayawada and to Nagpur and to akot in 7days. But this time DINDIGUL -Madurai-Chennai-Bangaluru- Nagpur. Why this confusion.

Speed Post consignment pending for delivery since 07/02/2024 is falsely shown as delivered on 16/02 in the online Complaint Tracker. Despite informing Call Centre of the false disposal and submitting emails under Grievance Procedure, response still awaited.
