Fragile package sent from overseas, just left on front step, didn’t think to ring the doorbell, or leave it on the bench to the side of the steps far less visible to the street, hopeless. Just dumped it, turned, took a photo and bolted! I have a video door bell which recorded the delivery.

Sendle should be fined. They have had my delivery for 2 weeks, QLD to NSW. Disgraceful! I will be submitting a complaint to Fair Trading. Do not allow your shipper to use this company.

I have use sendle about 20 times and things have been very smooth. But now I have a problem. There is no one that I can talk to via phone, and Online you have to pay small fee to find out where your parcel is which I feel uncomfortable with

I didn’t receive any notification that my order was delivered and then found out it was redirected when entered my tracking into this website and it costs me $2 to redirect back home and I’m unable to write a comment to please leave unattended and no signature required. My family were all at home as well to receive my package so they must not have knocked on the door- idiots

Sendle service seems to be reliable but sometimes does caused day or late delivery due to circumstances. I did received parcel just a day late theirs no issue from Courierspls I’m satisfied with the service I received 9/10 rating.
