Item booked from RTO Ahmedabad on 2.2.24 asper message received by me, but not received still 12.2.24....very poor service.. charges are high and service is still to 20th century compared to service by other private couriers

Booked the Speed Post on 6 September 2025 at 12.38.30 pm, but when I am tracking with the article number, it say not updated in the system yet. What's the matter ?
