Worst service ever they put my courier in hold and showing it as delivered. I called them for my courier they said that it is on hold and I need to pay extra amount to get delivered. They even asked for payment details saying that they would send message then we need to click and pay. If there negative rating I would prefer that

Booked the Speed Post on 6 September 2025 at 12.38.30 pm, but when I am tracking with the article number, it say not updated in the system yet. What's the matter ?
