Such a Worst service I have not received my parcel till now which contains my very important documents which if missed, will never be found. Today it has been 12 days, I have done speed post but till now I have not got the address.

Booked the Speed Post on 6 September 2025 at 12.38.30 pm, but when I am tracking with the article number, it say not updated in the system yet. What's the matter ?
