ET039452151TN I booked the parcel on 10.05.24 Friday and assured that it will be delivered on 13.05.24 Monday. But the delivery happened on 14.05.24 Tuesday only. My daughter was away to office. The parcel hold back door locked. The delivery man could have contacted my daughter and delivered as per her instruction. Now she has to take permission from office visit Vartur SO to take delivery today 15.05.24 after 5 days. What speed post is this? I demand explanation.

Booked the Speed Post on 6 September 2025 at 12.38.30 pm, but when I am tracking with the article number, it say not updated in the system yet. What's the matter ?
