i haven't received my parcel yet it's been 10 days...And my parcel was shipped through speed post which takes only 2 to 3 days maximum 5 days but still I haven't received it.

Booked the Speed Post on 6 September 2025 at 12.38.30 pm, but when I am tracking with the article number, it say not updated in the system yet. What's the matter ?
