One of the worst service ever , its like im waiting for my parcel send from outside india its been 2-3 weeks since my parcel has reach this post office and keep sending back to other post office like they're playing some valleyball game!! I still haven't got my parcel, they're not answering my calls either

Booked the Speed Post on 6 September 2025 at 12.38.30 pm, but when I am tracking with the article number, it say not updated in the system yet. What's the matter ?
